These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the cleaning services provided by KusamaGroup. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Service Description
Kusama Group provides cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of carpets, windows, and upholstery.
2. Booking and Payment
You can book our services through our website, by phone, or by email. We will confirm your booking and provide you with a quote for the services. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. A receipt will be provided for all payments.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will do our best to accommodate any rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
4. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your property during our services, Kusama Group will not be liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the cleaning process.
5. Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
6. Changes to Services
Kusama Group reserves the right to make changes to our services, including pricing and availability, at any time without prior notice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
